Hi, I am Nikhlesh.

I am a Lead Principal Platform Software Engineer at Oracle, working on Oracle Database Tools Service in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Recently, my work has focused on secure MCP (Model Context Protocol) server capabilities and AI-assisted experiences for developers working with databases.

I have 21+ years of experience building enterprise applications, backend platforms, and cloud-native services across cloud infrastructure, identity verification, airline, telecom, billing, and web domains.

I enjoy working on systems that combine reliable backend engineering with practical developer experience: APIs, workflows, secure connectivity, IAM and policy integration, databases, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.
